My favorite shop on Duval street! Beautiful unique jewelry and clothing options. Friendly owners. They gave me space and time to shop, asked if they could answer any questions and offered friendly banter. I went back 2 times because I couldn’t resist a ring and earrings. The variety of beautiful stones and settings are unmatched. Treat yourself here!, The owner or employee working here is EXTREMELY RUDE. He is a male with a heavy accent. I walked in to shop fully prepared to buy something and the owner told me no drinks allowed (I had an iced coffee with a lid on it). So I set it on the table by the front door so I could walk around and shop. He started shouting at my for setting my drink on the table and told me to get out. Don’t waste your time at this overpriced terribly run store., So website indicates 8pm closing on Sundays. My girlfriend wanted to purchase a $250 dress at 5:20 pm on Sunday. They would not open the store. They were closed. Update your website hours. I have never known a small business that didn’t need to make a sale. We have moved on and bought a dress somewhere else. I highly recommend everyone do the same. Indigo has a 2.8 star review. No surprise here, Our experience of Indigo was nothing short of fabulous. We spent time getting to know the owners whom took such wonderful care and time with my wife on her birthday. All the jewelry is designed by them and so beautiful. Such an Awesome place and people. Very highly recommended., My wife and i purchased over $600 0f jewelry and a cotton blouse. When we returned to our hotel and took the blouse out, a button popped off. We went back to the store within hours to return it due to the poor quality. We asked for a refund, not an exchange. The blouse is clearly inferior quality and the owner's wife admitted it was imported from India. The owners have no concept of customer service. They will gladly take your money and watch you walk out the door furious. A refund was so obviously the right thing to do. DON'T waste your money here.
