The older guy in this store is the rudest store owner we have ever experienced. He was mad that we picked up a shirt just to look at it, asked if we had a problem with the clothing! We responded and said no we just wanted to look at it… he then said to us” what , does my clothing not meet your standards?” We walked out , ended up not purchasing a thing and told him , no it’s your attitude that doesn’t meet our standards! Awful!! Salt Life should fire him immediately!, I visited the Salt Life retail store in Key West FL during my vacation and I was very impressed by their selection and service. The store offers a variety of beachwear and accessories for men, women, and kids, as well as fishing clothing, swimwear, decals, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave me some great tips on where to go and what to do in Key West. The prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. I bought a few items for myself and some gifts for my friends and family. I love the Salt Life brand and how it represents the lifestyle of living near the ocean. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who loves the salt life!, Was told everything was 20% off by one salesman and then the old guy who rang everything up only gave 20% off on the one sale item we had. Plus he was so rude and bothered by the fact I asked to pay in cash. He could have just said, sorry, we don’t accept larger bills or cash, can you pay by card but instead he was a total jerk. Made me want to return everything we had purchased from there over our stay which is a shame because the store has really great clothing. This old guy should NOT be working in customer service., The Key West Salt Life store’s ambiance is as inviting as the clear blue waters of Key West, with a staff that’s as warm as the Florida sun. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help us find exactly what we need for our next salty adventure.🌊☀️Best service on Duval! A+, This is one of the many souvenir shops around town, all pretty much sell the same thing from the same vendors and have the same "today only!" sales haha They did have a unique brand of "salt life," which is there brand. Worth checking out. They also have a ticket salesperson in the front of the store, so expect to be asked what they can sign you up for haha
