Very deceitful company. If you read through the reviews it seems their common scam is to sell defective clothing. They then point to their return policy when the customer tries to remedy the situation. This seems like a ploy to steal your money. Any other business would gladly refund or at least give store credit. I bought a romper that fit perfectly and when I followed the care instructions on the tag (hand wash and hang dry) it came out two sizes smaller. It was a joke. The customer care team refused to care and told me that they’ve sold many of these items and no one reported an issue. I guess I must be lying then. Waste of money here for cute but poor quality clothing. Much better off spending more at a reputable place., Absolutely love the clothes here but unfortunately did not have the best experience when trying to place an order online. They were sold out of the romper I ordered (I found out after the fact), then I got a call saying the bathing suit I ordered was "damaged" and couldn't be replaced with anything comparable. This was basically my entire order, and I was refunded for everything, but basically it was a giant waste of time trying to purchase items online. It also took them several days to communicate any of this info to me. It's a bummer because I'm not local to Orlando and love the clothes here, but I probably won't be making any more online purchases after this experience., I am a repeat costumer and usually spend a few hundred dollars every time I shop at this store. I typically love the clothes… if I don’t have to deal with a return, exchange or anything with the employees. I spent 400+ dollars on clothing and two days after the purchase I tried on the clarification pants for the first time and the zipper was having major issues. I wore them after the 15th attempt to get the zipper to work and it finally zipped up. I had no other pants with me at my boyfriend’s house to wear to work. I am in good shape and the pants buttoned easily so I know the zipper was defective. The pants are $64.00 dollars. I wanted to exchange them for the same pants just a different pair and they said no because I wore them.... how would I know the zipper is defective if I didn't put them on??? This is the second time your employees come up with something for me not being able to return something. From the beginning before I even got to the store and speaking to the employees on the phone, I knew that I was going to have issues with the exchange (mainly due to my previous experience for a return). I am really repulsed with the customer service at this store for repeat customers and new costumers. My friend also had a bad experience with your customer service. She walked in 30 min before closing the other day and wanted to try on one shirt and your staff basically pushed her out of the door saying they are almost closed asking her if she was sure she wanted to try the shirt on. Hopefully you guys can figure out how to better your customer service or you will not be able to retain business., The sales people ruined my birthday surprise from my husband. Do better!!!
My hubby surprised me with a shopping spree to this store( We just moved to the city). It started off great. Friendly associate(black girl). I had a few pieces I picked out; if they fit they were being bought. Already chose some cute shoes. It all went sour because I needed to use the bathroom. I was told no. Over & over by the lady who came out of the office. I was told I had to go across the street!!! Soured me totally!! I’ve never even heard of a Buisness that lets that much money walk out the door!! I would have easily dropped at least a thousand dollars. So disappointed that my day was ruined this way. Do better, Best boutique in the area! Beautiful selection of dresses and fashion wear with reasonable prices. Above all great attention and customer service. The staff is friendly and made me feel welcome. Sophie was a huge help in my quest for “the dress”
