Today I came to this store looking for a gift and I was greeted in the store by Emma. She was very kind. She helped me choose the perfect gift. Even though the store was full, she dedicated time to each of the customers in this store. she is a very kind girl. I am happy with this store., Nice, clean store with tons to pick from. I did feel a little awkward when one of the managers was loudly speaking to her employee about the dress code….something to the sorts of no leggings and no leisure shoes. I guess the employee had to buy something and go change into it. I feel like this should have been said in a quieter manner. Other than that, great store to visit!!, First-time shopper. Some Saturday ago, I wanted a cute, warm, classy spring dress to go out with my friend and family. I was able to accomplish my dream dress with the help of Stephanie. This new employee welcomed me. She directed me toward the sale and clearance items. She even helped me with the correct size. Stephanie was professional, friendly, and helpful. Excellent choice of hiring., The black girl that works there on Saturdays is rude and made me uncomfortable. Last Saturday on December 17th 2022 around 4 in the evening, I went to the store to browse around. I selected two items from the sale section and went to check out. I asked her if I can pay with cash and my card and she was clueless. The associate next to her had to show her how to do it. Then I realized I forgot my card at home so I requested that she put back one of the items for me. This is a normal request, not too much to ask but she acted like it was too much for her to do. She was like “I already rang it up”. I mean she couldn’t just cancel the item on the computer??! She didn’t know how to do that???? She was being unreasonable and super rude to me for no reason. I almost walked out of the store without paying for anything but a nice lady next to me paid the difference. I won’t go back to that store again as long as she works there. She embarrassed me with her rudeness in front of a long line of people., I love this store, the first time I bought it was last year on a trip and then I went to it more often but I feel that there are many collections that leave a lot to be desired but worth it when you find something you like as it is all very unique
