I didn't understand the attitude of the manager and the owner because she has to be the owner. After walking around the store for a while I chose some outfits but the result was not successful for me because nothing fit me. I told the manager I would walk a little further to choose something different. She, with a look of annoyance, went towards the owner and they started talking. The owner turned to me and asked me what I need because all the clothes I left in the changing room, she had already put them, are their place because you are not going to change them. nothing correct? I told him, boy, let's try this and I stretched out my hand so that I could put it in the changing room. He looked at me and said hey, you can try it and he didn't receive the dress. He went to the person in charge. They started talking in a low voice and laughing and they turned to me. Seeing me once again they made strange and angry faces. They made me feel very bad, I went and asked if there was any problem with me, the manager said. NO I said thank you, I'm not going to bring anything and I put the dress on the counter... the beautiful clothes I thought, I was never going to leave that store empty-handed. looking for clothes for my birthday I found something very unpleasan., Very negative experience. Don't recommend purchasing Pandora bracelets from them. I purchased a Pandora bracelet and 2 charms worth about $200. For starters I found it very odd that the casher kept the tags but gave me the box it came in. The bracelet kept unclasping and throughout the next few days I would find it on the floor or in my car thankfully. Mind you I live in another town and didn't go back the very next day but ended up going to the store a little more than a week later and the manager was called only to tell me there is nothing that can be done and suggested I take it to a Pandora store to get it repaired. No apology, no exchange, no let me nake it right, nothing! Awful way to do business. Never will I give them my money. I'm stuck with a bracelet that I will eventually drop and not find somewhere. Very shady way of doing business. Don't shop here. Not worth it. I'll go strait to the Pandora store next time., Marisol is a wonderful owner of Pink Flamingo Boutique. I had the pleasure of getting 5-star service from her. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.I was looking for a Pandora charm that happened to be sold out everywhere in my area. She answered my prayers by holding it aside for me so I could purchase the gift for my girlfriend. Will looking forward to doing business with her more often in the future., What a gorgeous, fun boutique! The selection is amazing and spot on for everything I’ve needed to purchase or just saw and loved! The owner is a sweetheart and willing to put in an extra search and order for hard to find items. Class act!, I absolutely love this boutique and the staff, they are so helpful and patient. I've ordered online and received my items in a timely manner, the best thing about this boutique is the owner is onsight and is an amazing person who gives a personal touch to her products. I highly recommend this store.
