I accidentally mixed up two shipping labels for two designer items being returned to two different places and one of them was The Webster going back to the 1220 Collins Ave. location. When I sent them the shipping label to have them send me back the wrong merchandise they never did and claimed that UPS picked it up even though tracking never started from UPS and insurance wouldn't cover something that was a "no pick up." So now ate the cost of the $700 shoes + $40 shipping label that was never picked up because I assume an employee stole them considering "they aren't responsible for merchandise they don't sell" which is what customer service told me., I have had the best personal shopping experience ever with this location! I shop remote through Justin & he is always such a pleasure to work with. They have an incredible selection of items (especially Chanel!) and Justin always goes above & beyond to make sure his customers have access to the latest pieces! This is definitely my favorite little shopping secret & can’t wait to visit Miami again to shop in store!, Beautiful space and well curated collection.
Service is awkward (as most luxury shops), but I prefer it that way. I want to explore on my own, but I want help with sizes and a seamless check out experience, which I received.
Can’t wait to visit again, Nobody asked to assist us, but had an employee following behind us, from room to room and floor to floor. I was wearing Jacquemus and Dior, but even if I wasn’t wearing anything like they sell in the store, it’s unfortunate to create an environment of fear and mistrust for a new potential client. I was saying “omg my sister would love this store!” because she is a designer shoe seller at Nordstrom. I took a pic of a bag she wants to send to her, and the employee following us shouted at my friend across the room (who didn’t have her phone out) for us to stop recording. Why not address me directly? He proceeded to walk behind us fixing everything we looked at or touched. SUCH a bizarre, weird, and uncomfortable luxury shopping experience. The products and designers in-store are very cute and trendy, but they only have one of everything in random sizes, and they don’t offer to assist you with finding anything., Ordered 8 items and spent over $4k. They only sent me 5 items and wouldn’t refund me or send me the other stuff. Customer service blocked my number so I couldn’t call them for help. There is only 1 lady who answers the customer service line and she has her head very far up her—. These retail workers seem to think they are CEO’s.
