The store is clean and not overwhelming unlike some resale shops. The staff is kind and inviting. So many little gems as well. I found and amazing Pair of rainbow boots! They have a rewards program as well! Can’t wait to see your other store!, If you're looking for poor quality designer items this is the place for you. Bent hats, smelly hand bags, and poor quality galore. Uncouth staff who refuse to buy quality designer products from women of color...even if there is Third Party Authentication. Weird and racist vibes. Change their mind of items based on who they're talking to...be sure to send a white passing friend in for you. Poor quality items overall and poor customer service. Edited to add: I've been in person before inquiring online to check out the items before bringing mine in 😳 The "manager" is the person I'm referring to as uncouth, I LOVE this store! They have always given me fair prices for items I bring in, and I feel the employees are knowledgable. There's no questions the items I have purchased there are authentic. Great way to find unique while supporting a local business., been shopping at both locations for years ! Great selection for shopping and a good mix of vintage , designer and modern items. All reasonably priced. I also have sold here multiple times and have had more luck here than other resale shops . :), Awesome customer service with fantastic, authentic designer merchandise. Highly recommend.......Kerri is the best, very knowledgeable and friendly.
