The owners were not friendly at all . No one went out of their way to help and they were discussing their leisure activities. These ladies need sales training ., OMG, I went to this store with my daughter because it was 75% off. I bought several items and they barely fit in the bag. When I asked for another bag she said " REALLY you want a bag even though everything was discounted?" I felt really bad about it, what is wrong at the world?? Great clothes without the education from the owners, Arabella is hands down my favorite boutique in Winter Park! Some of my favorite dresses and accessories are from here and I always get so many compliments when I wear my Arabella items. Not to mention, the 3 ladies who run the shop are SO friendly and helpful. If you're visiting the area or shopping on Park Avenue I highly recommend stopping by!, Walked in, two women behind the counter one of them in a chair…playing on their phones…would not even look up at me to acknowledge. In such a small store that is a huge no-no. Won’t be back., An amazing boutique!!!! I am thrilled to have stumbled upon this treasure on one of my jaunts to Winter Park yesterday. Gorgeous, yummy finds and the shopkeepers are so helpful, warm and friendly!
