It has to be exhausting defending all of the negative reviews for each of your locations. Why not just fix the customer service issue so you don't have to spend energy on constantly defending yourself and in turn, losing repeat customers? Small and local businesses have such a huge opportunity to show loyalty to the customers that are loyal to them -- but not here. I have always had issues at each of your locations, but have continued to spend money here only to be met with little flexibility when it comes to your return policy.
I want to be clear, the staff at this location is extremely helpful and sweet, but the owner Meghan is an absolute nightmare. She hides behind the phone and it's clear she only cares about in-the-moment sales vs customer service.
BE WARNED: If you purchase online for in-store pickup, your 14-day return period begins the day the order is ready vs the day you pick up your order and have the item(s) in your possession. Such a manipulative and unfair policy that was not clearly stated on their website until after I called it out. You're welcome for helping you run a more transparent business...
I purchased a dress online for in-store pickup and never received notification that it was ready so after a few weeks had passed I stopped in to see if it was ready and it was -- apparently it had been ready since the day after I ordered it. Because the day I picked it up was past the 14-day return period, I was no longer eligible to return the dress if it didn't fit even though I did not have it in my possession during the 14-day return period. They told me I had to email customer service to try to solve the issue vs being able to solve it while I was in the store. Via email, I was told I could return for store credit only within 14 days from the day I picked it up. This was fine... I guess. I then returned the dress and tried to repurchase some items I had previously purchased with the store credit I received. Meghan would not allow it. She said it had to be for a future purchase. So, I repurchased the items without using the store credit because I loved them, but was told as I was walking out the door (Meghan texted her employee) that I do not qualify for any return period on these items now. I did not plan to return the items, but the fact that she felt it was necessary to text her employee to make that clear was so cringey. I shouldn't have repurchased the dresses but I've been struggling to find white outfits for my bachelorette trip -- needless to say, I will not be shopping here ever again after I use my looming store credit on a "future purchase". Another loyal customer gone like many others due to customer service issues.
Overall, this business took zero accountability for not notifying me that my online order was ready for pickup and continued to be even more difficult and rude when I tried to find a way to use the store credit that was offered when the original return policy of a refund should have just been honored., This store has a horrible value system and is unethical. Very very poor customer service with it Kea that ate faulty and of sub par quality. They simply do NOT care. It’s astonishing. If they stay in business with these ethics and poor such poor quality all the way around in what they are selling their customers, it will be shocking to a group of us that share this same experience. It’s truly astonishing. I would share a story, but this is too long already. PLEASE BEWARE. Thank you for your time in reading., I love the clothes, but love the customer service even more. The girls that work at LN are always so nice and are SO helpful. It's my go-to boutique for all the times I've procrastinated on getting an outfit for an event/party/wedding the day of. Thank you guys!!!!, This is the best boutique in Orlando hands down. The variety of clothing ranges from younger to older and feminine to edgy and everything else in between! Would definitely recommend checking it out, It’s one of my indulgences! Always a spoil me occasion. The girls are always so helpful and friendly whenever I am shopping there.
