Wow. I needed a dress and loved the Rapz summery wrap dress. It was out of stock but Brian, the Rapz Sales Manager, after some back and forth personal communication with me pulled a gorgeous bamboo wrap dress out of the fall collection and shipped it immediately. Wouldn't surprise me to hear that Brian went to the warehouse himself to get it. The dress is gorgeous, fits like a dream, and the customer service is unparalleled. Thank you Brian and all the folks at Rapz., I popped in Rapz on Saturday 15 mins before closing and fell in love with the store. I bought a fabulous duster. I'll be back this week
