Love this store. always a great selection. the entire staff is helpful and friendly. My new fave., I recently shopped at both store locations while traveling from out of state, I purchased at both stores, as did my friend. We both purchased the same item at different locations and noticed hers was priced $40 less. I called the store and the owner was extremely rude after I explained the situation. He said he would not adjust the price and too bad, “I am the owner, I make the decision”. Well, for $40 and the principle of good business you just lost a good shopper. I too am a owner of a clothing boutique and would never be that rude to a patron of my shop. I won’t be back and I will be sure to tell everyone I know I’m the area., The staff was amazing in helping with me and totally appreciate, One of a kind jewelry pieces, as well as designer fashions . Traveled to the MiddleEast with some of their fashions . Returned to Naples recently and will visit their store in the Mercato . Well wishes !, Horrible customer services! One of workers couldn't even get off her chair. I would never go back to this store.
