I purchased my wedding dress from Once Upon a Dress and I have not regretted a moment of it. Yanet and her family team are truly amazing to work with. They made me feel like a real princess from the very first dress fitting until the final. They were able to create custom straps for my allure couture dream gown (in order to hold the girls up). Every single detail they took with my alteration requests are extremely impressive. I highly highly recommend going to Once Upon a Dress for all your gown needs. They have dresses for cocktail parties, Quinceañeras, weddings for bride, bridesmaids and mother of the bride., I had the most amazing experience here at Once Upon a Dress. Unfortunately, I had purchased my dress out of town before I stumbled upon finding out about Once Upon a Dress but because they actually carried my exact dress in their establishment, I decided to go to them for all of the auxiliary Wedding Dress arrangements/events (the fittings, alterations and dress preservation) and I'm extremely happy and satisfied that I did. Yanet is so friendly, professional and was very accommodating to all of my needs/requests. I had some EXTREME customizations in mind which turned my lovely stock ball gown to the most one of kind dress fit exactly to my vision. The seamstress and Yanet worked diligently with me to get me exactly what I was dreaming of, which involved a convertible open/close hideaway thigh high slit and detaching all of the Tulle underlayers and created a detachable petticoat that converted my full ball gown (which was adorned with an attached full/large tulle underskirt) look for the ceremony to an open thigh high slit, A-line look for the reception and dancing and they nailed all the changes that I requested which made for a dress that was completely my own. I truly don't think I could have gotten a better result anywhere else or that the requests could have been met since the customizing was so extreme and dramatic. I recommend Once Upon A Dress for everything and will be going there for all of my or anyone else's dress needs. They have a huge selection of dresses, the shop is very nice with large fitting rooms and a long "catwalk" perfect for practicing your "walk." They are quick with responding, they are super friendly and extremely accommodating and best of all, their work is AAA+++. I found my dress on my first outing and could have never dreamed of doing that!
