Food was beautifully presented but the 105% roll was a little boring. Watercress salad was absolutely wonderful, but the portion size was not commensurate with the price. And the salmon sushi bombs were OK but not terribly special and difficult to eat if you try to dip them in soy sauce. The martinis were beautiful and delicious. Can’t complain about getting monkey 47 when you just order a generic gin martini.🍸👍🏻 they use red olives, so our dirty martini was actually pink and it was delicious. The service is impeccable when you can get their attention. Sometimes it can be difficult to get their attention., We celebrated our anniversary at Intimo and had a lovely evening, enjoying a truly one of a kind dinning experience. The staff was extremely accommodating and even allowed us to pick our own table since they were not that busy yet. Next our waiter proceeded to explain the menu and all their amazing offerings in great detail. Next, he brought a delicious fish chilcano soup to get us in the mood. We followed it with some of their signature drinks and a sampler of some of their most amazing Nikkei and Peruvian dishes, all recommended by him. A side note, even though they are fine dining, their portions are not super small, but the right size. Feeling full already we couldn't leave without trying some of their delicious desserts. We honestly think you can't go wrong with anything in the menu. Now let's talk about the atmosphere, the restaurant is small but beautiful, tastefully decorated to match the amazing dishes they serve. The location is also great, in the heart of the most exclusive part of the beach, south of fifth street, which also happens to host some of the most amazing dining options in Miami. Having been to Ceviche 105 too, we can safely say that Juan is a master of his craft, celebrating and elevating Peruvian cuisine with every restaurant he opens. Two out of two for us and can't wait to be back for more., Franco deserves 10,000 stars. He is Peruvian, handsome, and really knows his stuff. Most importantly he is so sweet. He made sure my sister had a SPECTACULAR birthday dinner that we won’t ever forget. ❤️The food is worth every penny. The managers and staff are also attentive. Since the moment we walked in Franco greeted us with a smile on his face and gave us the best service we’ve ever had. When we come back to Miami we will definitely be stopping here, This was our first time at this place and it was really lovely and romantic. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were wonderful. Everything we ate had beautiful presentation and was very flavorful., We had an exceptional experience at this restaurant. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We spontaneously decided to dine here while passing by, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delightful, and the drinks were well-crafted. Our two cocktails struck the perfect balance, not too sweet or too bitter, which was a pleasant surprise. Gabbi served us with charm and made our evening even more enjoyable. Additionally, the sushi bombs were outstanding and definitely a must-try here.
