I received this recommendation as the best representation of Spanish food in Miami, and it was a disappointment. Service: Unprofessional with wines, lack of knowledge about the menu and allergens, but the most notable issue was charging for dishes that were not served. Food: The dishes were very risky and lacked refinement. The recommended paella had overcooked rice, and the artichoke was undercooked., By far the best restaurant in Miami. Every time we went to Niu Kitchen, the food was AMAZING. We love the simplicity of the place, very quick service, every single dish prepared with professionalism and love. We appreciate to have a place like this. Can’t wait to be back again., Exceptional food. The oysters are a Religious experience. The paella is very good. The pan con tomate is worth the carbs. The chocolate ganache dessert will end you. For the quality of the food, the prices are reasonable. I recommend you eat here while you can get a table., Just WOW! Will definitely be back soon! We were lucky enough to get seated early on a Thursday night without a reservation. My boyfriend said he’d come back here for their bavette steak rather than go to a steakhouse, it was THAT good! He even ate the artichoke which is a miracle! Everything was delicious. We also enjoyed the Arroz Sec, Tomato Bread, and Mahon + Chorizo. The skin contact wine Mission was funky & delicious. Service & ambiance were super pleasant, One of the best spots I’ve ever been in Miami. Sophisticated food, good wine list, cozy environment. The dishes were absolutely delicious. This is definitely not a typical Miamian place, and that’s the good thing about it.
