Nice spot to grab a bite and be right off the water. The valet was complementary and nice guys. Our waitress Jess was very sweet. Our food was good besides the sushi (don’t recommend) my friend got. That and it was crazy hot and our shade kept rising up randomly., I enjoyed everything about this place. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious as well. The open-air atmosphere makes it even more appealing, no matter the weather. I highly recommend this establishment, and I will surely visit again soon!, Went to Hula Bay while I was in town on a Business trip. I was in the mood for some oysters on the half shell and fish tacos, so this place popped up on my search. Their main building was being renovated, so the actual restaurant area is temporarily located in the bar downstairs (Duke's). No big deal. The place was packed and everyone was having a great time. The view is amazing and the food is pretty good. They oysters were huge, super fresh and my fish tacos were delicious had a ton of fish in them.....totally worth the price. The bartenders were super friendly as well as the rest of the staff. I'm going back to Tampa next month, so I will definitely go back to devour some oysters, while drinking a cold beer and enjoy the amazing view., On there menu they make a big deal over there buns so that's why three of us ordered fish sandwiches and was very disappointed. The buns tasted old and dried out and there French fries sucked cold and soggy. The drinks and atmosphere were outstanding., The food's alright and the staff's attentive.
There are a few self-parking spots available, but the rest are valet parking.
The daytime view is okay, but I usually love coming by during the night time to space out while staring at the school of fish swimming around the submerged green lanterns.
