Stopped in for a quick lunch. Sat at the bar outside. The view is very nice and the area is nice. We didn’t sit inside so I have to insight. The bread was delicious so soft and hot. The Spanish bean soup was really good, I ordered the Cuban and it was ok. Lacking maybe some more mustard I don’t know it lacked a little bit of flavor for me. Otherwise it was good., Amazing Cuban foods here. Food is 5 star, yummy and fresh, good Cuban and Spanish options. Service is amazing, they make alcohol, salads and some other foods right in front of you, and they even bring water for dogs, super cute! Live music is good, with a singer will be even better. Only cons I can think of is the bugs, but I don’t really mind the extra protein, so kind of perfect place to eat if u love Cuban Spanish foods., Great location, plenty of street parking around the History Center. Outdoor patio seating with fans and mist. Excellent to help with the heat. The hosts and waiters were friendly and attentive. Our waiter literally almost over poured my glass, trying to keep our water glasses cold and plentiful. The sidewalk leading to the restraunt showcased military memorial plaques and a sprinkling pad. An added bonus for viewing! The only downside is that the menu at the cafe is quite limited compared to the actual restraunt menu we've become accustomed to. So make sure you're paying attention to which Columbia restraunt venue and menu., Must come and see Mallory. She has excellent customer service. The Cuban sandwich and Spanish bean soup is fabulous at such a great price for air-condition. Beautifully appointed place with lots of photos and just excellent decor and spotlessly clean. This is a real destination place so be sure that you added on to the fabulous exhibits that you see at the History center, I went twice, and had the salad each time! I even purchased the dressing to bring back home with me. They were able to prepare half portion salads and it is a hearty meal. It is served with a generous piece of Cuban bread. It can get busy! It is conveniently located along the Riverwalk and has a nice vibe.
