We came here with a large group for brunch. The experience was amazing from top to bottom. We had two servers - Kyle and Diane - and they were very friendly and attentive. The oysters were amazing and everything on the brunch menu was an absolute hit. Diane made us vanilla lattes that were some of the best we had ever had. We had a great time and absolutely would come back!!, Located at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, this upscale restaurant is full of simplistic, modern vibes. Beautiful view of the waterfront makes for a gorgeous sunset view. The fish is nothing short of delicious. The Orange Sriracha Shrimp appetizer didn’t seem to fit in with the rest of the offerings as it was fried and the sauce was overpowering. The Octopus was the true winner, perfectly charred and absolutely chef’s kiss. The Lobster Gnocchi was an interesting choice, but the truffle was overpowering, so not recommended unless you’re a truffle fan. It was only a side, but the Five Cheese Mac & Cheese was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. So delicious!, During a trip to Tampa, me and a couple coaches went to Oystercatcher for Sunday brunch. I heard good things about this restaurant and was excited to try the food. Everything was delicious. Oysters were fire. I also got the Biscuit Sandwich wish was my favorite dish. We ate outside and although the weather was great there were these little bugs that were everywhere. I was not the a fan but endured. We requested a pastry basket that came out before our meal. It was delicious.
