This was a little walk from our hotel. They were very busy when we showed up took about 10 min to get a table. They bring you out lemon, lime and basil water, and it is very refreshing. For food we started with the peel and eat shrimp and the tomato tower salad, bother absolutely amazing. As far as entrees we had the killer blackened fish tacos, blackened shrimp tacos, and the legendary Rasta pasta. Let me tell you this food was perhaps the best food I have had in quite sometime. The pasta was light and very flavorful, the fish tacos were full of flavor with plenty of fish, and the shrimp taco were packed full of deliciousness and had 4-5 large shrimp per tacos. I can’t recommend this place enough., We happen across Kaya on our third day in KW! We had an excellent experience with our server Jordan during happy hour 4-6pm where they serve half priced appetizers! The food was amazing and the portions were plentiful! We subsequently ate at Kaya every day after that with equally pleasant experiences with our servers Johanna and Carmen! This will be a staple for us from now on in KW! The owner Scott was there every day attending to every table making sure everyone was well taken care of! This spot is professional, hip, and the food and presentation is phenomenal! Oh and let me not forget the key lime pie (home made own recipe) best pie I have ever eaten! Just ridiculously good! Thanks Scott and staff for an incredible experience!! God Bless! your friends, Joel, Learsi & Isabella, This place was awesome! Made a reservation and we got such a cool spot. In the backyard and had a great music experience along with a magician who had such cool tricks. Our server was amazing and so nice. The drinks were amazing and so was the food. I got the Molokai Mule and the fish tacos which were both amazing! Tried some fries from my friends plate and they were so good. If you can’t tell from this review this is such a great place!!!, Stopped in for a snack at lunchtime. It was great! The food is amazing, I watched as plates of food were being served, and they looked large and wonderful. We had some Hawaiian Pork Sliders, absolutely great. And we had a slice of Key Lime pie. I loved the pie, nice and tart, plus the meringue was just like how my mom made it. Come at Happy Hour for some great appetizers!, Had the best experience at Kaya’s that we came back twice! Food is outstanding!! A mix of Caribbean and Asian flare. Something for everyone on the menu, even for vegans! Have to try the conch fritters and the coconut shrimp. Highly recommend if you’re coming to Key West!
