Bull and Bear is a must visit for fine dining. It was my birthday and they truly made it more than special. The food and the entire experience were outstanding. The prices are quite high but worth every penny, it is an experience. The table side Caesar salad is not only enjoyable to watch being created but absolutely delicious. The escargot gnocchi was delectable, and the steaks are perfectly prepared. For dessert, I highly recommend the table side strawberry shortcake. Very fun presentation. Do plan ahead as reservations do fill up!, We had an amazing anniversary dinner here! From the moment we arrived until we left we were taken care of like no other restaurant we have been to in Orlando. Truly a fine dining experience! We weee seated by the window so we could watch the sunset. Our take had rose petals and a Happy Anniversary placard. The Maitre D was amazing and very attentive. We were then introduced to our main waiter and then the team who would support him during our dining experience. We ordered a wedge salad to share between us and each was presented with absolute excellence! I have never had a deconstructed wedge presented so beautifully. We ordered the chateaubriand for two and they were able to prepare it well done which we know is not how it’s supposed be served. It was perfect! The potatoes are multiple layers of finely shaved potatoes prepared like scalloped potatoes with a sauce and curing t on a rectangle. The garlic bulb was amazing as well paired with the beef. All was served table side. They served a “salt and pepper selection on a plate with something called a lava salt it was just amazing! We cannot wait to revisit with our family and continue to enjoy this gem of a restaurant!, Amazing service and great food. We got the: Wagyu carpaccio: 8/10 delicious; would be better with some acid like capers or pickled something Half order of fries: 7/10 crunchy but the sauces were the star. Actually our server wrapped the carpaccio on a fry and we dipped it in the sauces and it was delish Ribeye: 10/10. super delicious and love the dry aged flavor! Came with bone marrow and roasted garlic which took it to another level. The cook had a slight sweetness too. Gnocchi and escargot: 10/10. Basil fed snails were so unique. Gnocchi were so pillowy and the mushroom and cream sauce complimented everything. Bread service: 9/10 various complimentary breads including brioche and seeded sourdough! Served with fresh butter yum! All I needed was a drizzle of honey and I’d be full from eating their bread. Amuse bouche: 10/10 gazpacho. Yum. Yuzu Ring: 10/10. One of the most balanced desserts I’ve had. Took me back to my memories in Japan. We also got a few drinks including a mezcal old fashioned (9/10) and the blossom (8.5/10), Had dinner there tonight. Our main servers were Toni and Jeff. They were absolutely amazing. They had plenty of recommendations that did not disappoint. We started with the fried chicken which I wasn't expecting from a steakhouse (it was actually the hostess who first suggested it). We had the filet, pork chop, corn, Mac and cheese, fries and the chocolate bar for dessert. The event of the night was Toni had a smoke drink (non-alcoholic) for my son. He loved it. Service and food beats a NYC steakhouse. It's an experience (family friendly). Best meal we had in Orlando (and we've been coming for 3 years). Next year when we go to Disney, we will definitely have a meal here., Absolutely amazing flavors. Easily the best food I've had in a Hilton on-site restaurant. Pasta explosion, Yukon potatoes, and deviled eggs were all excellent.
