UGH. This place is AMAZING and worth the long wait. I arrived around 30 minutes before opening and it was a very long line outside. It started pouring rain, but I stayed outside in the pouring rain waiting for them to open just so I can eat here. It was 100% worth it. The plating and beverage art is so well thought out and beautiful. The wings are so crispy and flavorful, and the ramen is so good. 10/10, Heard about this place from watching Andrew Zimmern and the Zimmern List (Orlando). Ramen is one of my favorite foods and for a Ramen place to receive a Michelin Star is unreal! So, I had to check the place out. The Best RAMEN I have had, period!! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen. Just the amazing flavor of the broth, the tender and tasty pork belly and the other condiments that follow a traditional bowl of Tonkotsu was such an experience. The Domu Chicken wings were amazing too. Now I know why it received a Michelin Star. The East End Market location was actually smaller than I thought compare to the pictures on the episode but definitely worth checking out if you like Ramen., An absolute MUST every time I visit Orlando - at least for the wings if nothing else. I’ve introduced at least half a dozen people to the wings here and they’re always shocked at how amazing they are, so if you take away one thing from reading reviews, please take away that!
Aside from the wings, I’ve had half their drink and ramen menu, and each one is also absolutely delicious and the ramen makes great leftovers too.
The staff is some of the best I’ve experienced - super chill and laid back but still attentive and friendly, and the fact that they have an option to buy the kitchen a round of beers or shots is genuinely one of my favorite things; I always ask to buy the kitchen a round, but I know some establishments don’t allow that, so it’s awesome to have it be a visible option!
There can sometimes be a bit of a wait, but the market is a great place to walk around, so even if you can’t grab a reservation it’s totally worth it to go and just wait!, Wow! Taste Bud’s blown! An absolutely perfect date night for foodies 🤩 Michelin rating so well-deserved…and earned through all of the hard work of the entire staff. Service was exceptional.
Ordered DOMU Wings as appetizer and Richie Rich for the entree paired with a Australian Cabernet by “Bulletin Place”.
If you go on Saturday for dinner, get in line at 4:30pm; doors open at 5pm.
Enjoy! 😎✌🏼, You can never go wrong with your choice. Tjeir ramen is always so flavorful, they make their own noodles, no matter what you pick they will not disappoint.
The added bonus, they've won the Michelin award 3 years in a row including 2024!
Most definitely recommend!
