Everyone was fantastic! From the moment we walked in we were treated wonderfully. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and it was more than worth it. Our server Marc was top notch. Attentive to all our needs, answered all our questions and treated us with so much love considering the occasion. The food was absolutely delicious. Even the Head Chef took a moment to walk around and greet all the guests personally. An all around wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back., Incredible dinner, the food was outstanding and the service was above and beyond expectations. Fouad was our server, and he made our party of 11 with 5 kids feel very welcome. This is a fine dining restaurant but we were made to feel welcome with our children. We enjoyed several appetizers such as the octopus, pork belly and lobster bisque. Or entrees we had the crab ravioli, black grouper and swordfish, all were amazing and full of flavor. We were celebrating 4 birthdays and the treated us to baked Florida which is a take of baked Alaska but with key lime pie, a coconut dessert that was outstanding and birthday deserts for the kids. We travel to Orlando regularly for weekend getaways this was our first time staying at The Hyatt Grand Cypress. Our experience this weekend and the dinner at Flor Flamingos will make sure that our next trip we will return to the Hyatt to see Fouad and his team at Four Flamingos. Great job!!, Awesome service, all the staff were very friendly and you can tell they are trained for teamwork. Our waiter made great recommendations. I felt like the true food stars were the appetizers. We tried the app smorgasbord that included oysters, shrimp, crab claws, clams, shrimp toast and more. Everything was great. Drinks were very good and the baked Florida was a nice end to the meal. Valet parking is free, get your ticket stamped when you check in. They also have self parking., The service was excellent! cocktails are great! Initially, we ordered the octopus, but it was very chewy and inedible. Our wonderful server recommended the ceviche, but it was merely satisfactory. For the main course, we had the crab ravioli, which was good, and the grouper, which had an odd, chewy texture. The manager kindly offered to replace the grouper with a new piece. She was very accommodating, and we hope the new dish is better. New edit: The manager returned and explained that the cut of the grouper was the issue, but it was still undercooked. Unfortunately, it wasn't to my taste; I've enjoyed superior preparations elsewhere, and it did not justify the cost., Got the pork belly and ox sliders both based on the servers recommendations. Was a little underwhelmed by both. Pork belly was huge chunks of fat by themselves and a little hard to eat. Needed to be way smaller pieces and servered with something to eat it with. Sliders felt very dry and had an interesting taste neither of us were ecstatic about. Server and ambiance were very nice though. I would just try some other items on the menu, the tuna tostada I tried was very good.
