This is the best Museum in Miami. It has a lot of things to do for the kids and even the adults. The Planetarium is amazing, my kids loved it. The Aquarium is nicely designed in 3 different levels just like the Sea (the surface, underwater and deep sea), it is a nice viewpoint. They also have a simulator for the international space station that was really fun. The Museum has a beautiful views of the port of Miami and lots of other exhibitions about science and Sea life preservation. It was a really good trip for the kids, Great museum. Has shows and interesting presentations with great visualization. I recommend getting your ticket from the website. Has tons of labs, informative posters, images, televisions, etc. There are a lot of aquariums containing from jellyfish to exotic fish to sharks to common fish to lobsters to sea urchins and more. Helpful and informative/knowledgeable staff and cool designed elevators. There's also a cafe and a restaurant to eat, and the food was much better than I expected. Overall, it's a great science related museum located right near downtown Miami., Good place to come with kids, the museum is interactive. The planetarium show is one per email, so choose wisely what show to watch. Right now it has a space exhibition that is interesting. Enjoy it before is gone!
What I don’t like is that the layout of the museum is kind of complicated, is not like you can walk a route. At least that was my personal experience., A must see in Miami! You could spend hours here exploring everything they have to offer. Whether you’re interested in outer space or the sea, there’s something for everyone. Tickets were $30 online, and parking in the garage is $18. I recommend arriving early to park easily and get through the entry. Buying tickets online is the way to go for fast check in. You also get a planetarium show included with your ticket! I don’t want to give too much away, but the pictures don’t do it justice., Had higher expectations but it was good for a one time visit kids liked it and had fun. Most attractions are outside and the ones inside feel small. If you visit I'd start in the 5th floor and work your way down.
