Jesse + Connor made the trip amazing! Their expertise and humor made the group feel at ease. The views were astonishing as well as them. They also made sure everyone was safe by tracking any passing thunderstorms and providing water. I recommend early morning as there is little shade once you start zipping., I booked a birthday sunset tour. SO! MUCH! FUN!!! First, it’s awesome to do it with friends only. Second, our guides (Josh and Michael) were beyond awesome! So funny and also so competent! Some parts of the tour were scary AF (like the obstacle course). Most of us did it anyways! And thankfully, they’re optional - you start and end them on the same platform, so if you don’t want to do that particular part, you just wait. I suggest bringing a mosquito spray or stickers. Enjoy!!!, Oh my gosh the whole thing was great! There was a weather delay but we figured as much because it’s Florida but we were kept updated the whole time, and entertained. Let’s just say I’m awful at cornhole. We are able to purchase reasonably priced drinks, and can wait in a nice breezy shaded area. So once the rain let up it was AMAZING! Our guides Lily and Ashley were just great, professional and it was so cool to have women be our guides. My 75 yo mom went and they were so sweet and patient with her and made it such a great experience. They allowed her to rest and get lots of water. The guides are funny and we felt safe the whole time. Time went by so fast but it took hours, we will definitely come back. The rest of the staff was great too, the check in people are great and everything went so well., Avery and Wyatt were our two zip lining guides and they were outstanding. They explained all of the equipment very well and made us feel comfortable with everything from the very start. They also have a lot to add to the experience while we are at the platforms with area knowledge, and, great upbeat rapport with the zip liners. They seem to work well together and have the perfect personality for this job. We were lucky to have the best weather: cloudy and slightly windy so it wasn’t super hot. I would absolutely recommend this zip lining spot to anyone in the area!, Wanted to start off with best time of my life!! My first time zip lining and I had the best experience, empower was a very nice and well kept and well employed place. I would definitely recommend this place.
