It is very easy to access this park from the tram stop. The tram drops off opposite the park. It has an interesting history, and you can (technically) have one foot in Cuba and one in the US. It is small and can get crowded due to public interest. However, people spend a few minutes there and move on. I highly recommend adding this stop to your itinerary. Oh, and there are roosters and chickens everywhere in Ybor City, enjoy 😉, Great little green space in Ybor City district, technically belonging to Cuba. Come for the cultural, stay for the chickens, Nice historic Park with lineage Roosters and their broods clucking around. Public services work very hard to keep it clean and inviting. There's many celebrations here at different times and days., Pretty cool to be able to "walk to Cuba". Quiet park with nothing to do besides read up on some history but it's pleasant overall., Beautiful park and tribute to Cuba. Serene, peaceful, and historic. Fun fact: this park is actually Cuban territory! My husband and I like to say we're going to Cuba for the day ☺️
