We had a little bit of a hassle figuring out tickets, ended up just buying an extra day pass and giving up on the original tickets. A little expensive for a few hours, but we kept busy.
Our little one loved the Carousel immensely (would have ridden it all day) and enjoyed the Farris Wheel which had a pretty good view.
We didn't make it to the sky coaster, although it looked like fun. No one else in my party was feeling adventurous enough.
They had an assortment of go kart tracks, they were decent and at least not just boring circles, none of them were really fast enough that you really had to brake much or have a lot of driving skill (like the really fun adult only karts) but some were still faster than others and they were reasonably fun.
Not a bad way to spend an afternoon at a medium sized amusement park all in all, if you get tickets at a reasonable price it is worth checking out. We were there on a weekday, so the lines weren't too bad.
They also had a small arcade. An alligator farm. Assorted snack kiosks with Dippin Dots, Pretzels, and the like., Fun little spot, we went on a Tuesday. Absolutely no wait time for rides, although they were short handed. Some rides had no attendant but they rotated so if you just followed them you could still ride everything 😄 kids had a great time, go carts were super fun!, My family and I recently visited Fun Spot America and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The roller coaster, rides, and overall atmosphere were exhilarating and provided endless fun for the evening. We arrived at 10:30 p.m., just before closing, and were delighted to find that we could still enjoy many of the rides.
A special shout out to the incredible staff members who made our visit even more enjoyable. Luis, Jose, Rene, Malaysha and Naaman were in charge of the rides we went on, and each one displayed a positive attitude that truly enhanced our experience. Despite how late in the evening it was their friendliness and professionalism ensured that we had a safe and fun time on every ride.
I know that more reviews can make a place busier, but I just had to share our wonderful experience. If you're looking for a place filled with thrilling rides and amazing staff, Fun Spot America is the place to go! Highly recommend!, It was overall a pretty fun experience and they had a decent amount of rides to choose from but the only complaint that I have is how expensive a wristband is for all of the rides. We got a better deal purchasing them online, but they were still $60 each, going all the way down to my two year-old so for our family of six including the basic cheeseburger meal that we got, we were about $500 into the daily trip.
We didn’t have to wait long to get on the rides, even though we went on a Saturday which was nice, but unfortunately, due to the rain in the second half of the day, we didn’t get to ride any of the roller coasters because they shut them down due to lightning in the area .
I recommend starting your day there as early as possible if you’re going in the summer because it’s much less busier and you will be able to zip through the rides, Fun spot is at the top of my to do list when I visit Orlando. The prices are reasonable so you can take your family and not feel like you’re going broke.
This trip we focused more on the go karts. We spent hours driving each of the three main tracks. That’s when I noticed how hard the attendants work. Matthew vilsaint and Issac Mathis were working the day I visited. They did an amazing job keeping the ride open and the line moving. They were very conscientious, making sure that everyone was securely strapped in. Even when they were distracted by a crash, they did not miss a beat, checking each and every rider. If there was a crash, they spotted it within seconds and raced to correct it before anyone was injured. They ran back and forth, up and down stairs in the heat and humidity while maintaining a smile and upbeat attitude. I want to say thank you for taking pride in your job to keep us safe. You really make a difference.
