I recently visited Discovery Cove in Orlando and was thoroughly impressed with our experience! The park is beautifully maintained, offering a serene escape with plenty of activities and interactions with marine life. The food was decent, and we had no complaints about the quality or variety offered. However, the only downside was the large crowds, which occasionally made it difficult to fully enjoy some of the park’s attractions. Despite this, I highly recommend Discovery Cove for families and individuals looking for a unique and memorable aquatic adventure!, Absolutely gorgeous place. I thought it was a little pricey but after going it was well worth the $300 I paid for just myself, especially since they only let a limited number of people in so it's not overly crowded like an amusement park would be. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. The lazy river is the best of one I've ever seen, and so neat that it runs through the aviary so all the birds are in there with you. There's unlimited food and drinks at all times during the day, and the food is actually pretty good., Discovery Cove is awesome! Beautiful, well kept, and not over packed. There is plenty of space for everyone. It's all-inclusive so your food and drinks are already paid for. The food is good, but the choices are limited. What brought our stars down is the fact that there was rain and they took everyone out of the water. We waited and it stopped. We still waited and when we were about to leave and inquired about why they didn't open back up, we got so many mixed answers. One team member said they opened and closed again. Another said they only opened certain areas but they don't announce it but, the last guy a supervisor said they opened, announced it and he even went as far as saying he walked around the park and told people! We didn't think that was fair as it was a 2 1/2 hour waste of time and money., Our day at Discovery Cove was absolutely incredible. We had booked the dolphin swim, and despite arriving a day late due to a scheduling mix-up on my part, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They quickly rescheduled our visit for a few days later, saving our vacation from what could have been a major disappointment. On our rescheduled visit, we arrived early and were given an early dolphin swim time. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast from the complimentary buffet, which was the best we had during our entire holiday. A quick tip: be mindful of the birds when eating outside, as they won't hesitate to scavenge from your plate. The dolphin swim was a highlight of our trip and provided us with unforgettable memories. The man-made reef was astonishing and slightly intimidating, especially for those with a mild fear of the sea, due to the large stingrays swimming freely. Lunch was equally impressive, with a wide variety of tasty options. Throughout the day, snacks and drinks were readily available, and the staff were knowledgeable and eager to help. One of the standout moments was the day after our visit when our son lost his phone, which last pinged at Discovery Cove. We returned at opening time the next day, and although the staff hadn't received it, they went above and beyond by retracing our steps and spending a significant amount of time trying to locate it. Although we didn't find the phone, their dedication and effort were truly commendable. Overall, Discovery Cove was one of the best days of our entire trip, surpassing even the major theme parks. We highly recommend it as a must-do experience when visiting Orlando., I cannot say enough about this place. It's an all inclusive day event. There are actual warm hand towels in the bathrooms to dry your hands. They don't hold back on quality. The breakfast was great, the lunch was just as good. Several things to choose from for all the members of your family. Our son swam with the dolphins and it was an experience he will never forget. We swam with sting rays and exotic fish. They supply you with wet suits or vests, snorkel gear, everything you need for the time of your life. We loved everything there, the aviary is amazing as well. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We upgraded for premium drinks and they were delicious.
