I’ve done 30+ escape rooms now, and this location is one of my favorites: I’ve done Mission Mars, The Depths, and The Heist. All 3 were great, with Mission Mars definitely being the favorite so far. All employees there were very nice. We ended up being late there our most recent time, but we got lucky and they were nice enough to get us in for a later time that was open. My only “complaint”, and this is more of a personal choice, is that in every room I’ve done so far there, the host/hostess tends to give a little too many hints for my liking, but I understand why. Will definitely go back to do the rest of their rooms!, The Team here is OUTSTANDING!!! I called prior to booking & they went through each room for me to ensure i picked the perfect room for my party. Our guide, Gavin, was informative & he even gave us an anniversary card signed by the entire Team once we escaped. The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal!!! We bought tickets for tomorrow before we left!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!, Working with the crew at this location was great. Eriana was amazing being our game host. Would definitely recommend for all players. We had 4 adults and 4 children. We got out with 1m:27s:13ms left, We had an amazing time! Sara was the best! So sweet and very helpful. From the front staff to the back lobby everyone was so nice thank you for a great Mission to Mars experience and I hope I can return the favor if you are ever in California!!! Thank you again so much everyone!!, I loved the experience it was very fun I loved it and Sarah was amazing! I will comeback. Our group was so good they were very nice. Today we just did playground and now I’m am going to do the depths.I asked Sarah can we book again right now and she said yes and said there are many open options. Thank you to my amazing group I got and thank you to Sarah for making the time unforgettable.
