Such a cute little zoo just a short drive from the beaches. Super friendly staff at the ticket window. They offer a few discounts and I leveraged the veterans discount of $5. Plenty of clean bathrooms, benches with shady spots, concession stands and water bottle fill/water fountains. There are great viewing locations at each animal location and I was able to see most clearly. It was hot at mid-day and most were resting in the shade. There are a lot of great informational signs sharing history, facts and trivia. Take the time to read all the signs, there are some very interesting factoid. On the way out, you get funneled through a gift shop. One thing to note, when turning into the zoo driveway, Google Maps wanted to turn me into the deliveries driveway, although there are plenty of signs showing the lot., Today was my first time here at the zoo, and I was not disappointed. My kid had a blast and loved it. As you walk in, they take pictures of your party, and they will also take pictures of your party if you decide to feed the giraffes. It only costs $5 to feed giraffes, or you can just buy more. I got two feedings at $10. There is a cool boat ride with a very informative driver who takes you around to see the primates in their habitats. Most exhibits have big windows from head to toe to see the animals up close and personal. My kid backed off when he saw how close the bear was getting because he was not used to seeing them so close. There is a playground and plenty of stops along the way for restrooms, benches , picnic tables, and food stands. Prices will always be more than you would pay at your local market, but at least they weren't too outrageous, in my opinion. I still brought a backpack with drinks and snacks, so we were good. There are plenty of shaded areas, but it will get hot . Welcome to Florida. Overall, this place was awesome. I had a blast with my son, and we would definitely go back. The staff was great , informative, and super friendly.. all of them.. please stop by and visit the zoo it's worth the trip., Beautiful zoo! Very clean and maintained. Feed the giraffes, and take a boat ride to see the monkeys. Very hot, would love if they added misting fan stations. Bought a small misting fan from the gift shop to stay cool. Overall a very nice stroll seeing the animals., The Naples Zoo is one of the nicest we have ever been to. The zoo and exhibits are the perfect size to go with the cost of admission. The grounds upkeep are immaculate, very clean, and beautifully done. There was a wide variety of animals that are kept in large, clean areas for viewing. You can pay to feed the giraffes and have your photo taken with one, which was a fun experience. There were several different options for food and drinks spread throughout the zoo. All in all, the Naples zoo is a great way to spend an afternoon!, Wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend paying $5 to feed the giraffes. It was such an incredible experience and a highlight of our trip! The cruise was also great and was very informative.
