$6/car entrance fee. Great beach. Family friendly. Go early as the parking gets filled to capacity and the park entrance is closed to traffic until the spaces empty again. Farther up the road before the park there are additional parking, but you'll have to walk to the park. There are portable bathrooms available at the parking lots, however if your want a true bathroom and shower you'll have to walk to the park entrance. Water is calm, sand is nice. Right at the park entrance on the beach there are a sea of tents/people, however farther down the beach there is more space, less congested., Great park. Nice beach. The beach isn't very crowded and you can trust that your stuff won't get stolen. Unless birds get into it., The most beautiful beach! I love this spot. Right next to Vanderbilt Beach, beautiful sand and water. Well-maintained, they did a great job carefully cleaning and repairing the area after Ian, too., My favorite place. Been taking my children since they were little. Every spring break ! Anxious for the pavilions (showers and changing rooms ) to be re-constructed. The water is beautiful! Sand is lush ! Paradise., Was there for memorial day weekend, the beach was really nice and clean,, the parking was easy but there's not a lot of spaces close, but they have extra space close.
