Frankie Miami is a great store with great customer service. I made an order online and accidentally put store pick up. They called me and asked me if I would prefer someone from their store hand deliver my order to me! I said sure. This is very convenient for me since I live all the way in the Gables and Frankie is in South Beach. The store employee came all the way from South Beach to deliver my clothes in the Gables! Frankie is truly one of the best boutiques in all of Miami, which is why I shop there having it be so far. It is truly worth the trip , Hailey the saleswoman was so helpful— picked beautiful items for me I would not usually choose for myself & styled me perfectly., DO not buy their jewelry!! They claim to have 14 karat gold plated items and they lied about the quality of the products. I purchased two bracelets from them and one month later this item was completely tarnished and completely unwearable.(I never got wet or showered with it on) I tried to speak to the management but the gave me the run around and took weeks to get back to me because owner was "busy" "on vacation." They promised me a store credit and then never followed through on it. I was scammed out of $300. Really disappointed and will never shop there again. You've been warned., The most delicious curation of clothes and accessories in Miami, The most precious boutique in all of Miami! Never disappoints. Always find such great finds. Customer service is always genuine and caring.
