The ambiance is amazing, real chic rooftop bar. The manager, Diego, takes pride in the service rcvd and was phenomenal with interacting with us as their 'guest'. Hayley, our waitress was absolutely amazing as well. She was attentive and very personable. The other staff members were also on point with the service as far as keeping the table clear and bringing water and drinks to the table. We visited during happy hour, so it was a packed house, but the vibe was great, nothing super crowded or uncomfortable . We did choose to be seated at a table which required a $50 minimum spend per person (which was worth it), but there was also the option to not sit t those particular tables and not have a minimum spend requirement. The views on the rooftop were amazing. The food and the drinks were also top-notch. Along with food and drinks having great presentation, it also tasted great as well. Overall, I was absolutely happy being in that space., Last year, I celebrated my birthday at Rosa Sky and it was unforgettable. The food, drinks, cocktails, music, decor, and the breathtaking views of Miami all contributed to an incredible atmosphere. It's a venue that has everything you could ask for. When I was planning another event a few months later, Rosa Sky came to mind as the perfect venue. Alan, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that all of my requirements were met. On the day of the event, manager Diego and our host Alexandra ensured that everything ran seamlessly. My guests had a fantastic time and can't wait to return to this stunning place. Food was good but the cocktails were crafted to perfection. Exceptional service with highest level of attention to our experience. We even met the lovely owner Allan who made it a point to make sure we were well taken care of! Great spot for drinks, first date, tourism, or a night cap., The view and vibe were awesome but what really made this place stand out was the service. Everyone, including the usually grumpy security staff, was super nice from beginning to end. The place does get crowded, but if you're patient, you might secure a spot close to the edge. The drinks were on point too - I loved the Rosa Mule, it was refreshing and really strong at the same time. Big shoutout to the bartender for making it so good!, Had such a great experience hosting a private event at Rosa Sky!! We did an early evening buyout (5pm-10pm) in June. Not uncomfortably hot for an outdoor event in Miami and had a great breeze with the fans. The food was delicious, servers and bartenders easily accessible so not much waiting for apps or drinks. DJ was great, right music for a corporate event-not crazy loud so people could still talk and the right selection of popular music. Organizing and coordinating prior to event was easy, and quick communication to line out all details. Private elevator up to the rooftop from the street made it easy for Ubers and cool vibe to start. There was a rain storm before and the crew had everything mopped and dried and ready for our event, not only that, a huge storm blew in during our event and it didn’t stop the party!! Guests just moved in under the covered areas and just kept on going!! Definitely one of the best locations I’ve hosted a party at that was able to incorporate the beauty of the city that everyone was visiting!!
