I really wanted this place to be fantastic for a Tampa rooftop bar, but it was really not up to par for the Soho area. I was hoping to catch the sunset, but the way it's set up, there is a giant wall blocking the entire west side, so you cannot see this from this bar if that is what you were hoping for. It is great for shade! However, there are really pretty views of the Tampa City skyline. The space is extremely small and it was brutal trying to find a place to sit on a busy Friday night, yet alone the huge waits to order a drink at the bar. Unfortunately it's very unorganized and not to any fault of the bar staff who were busting their tails whipping up well crafted cocktails. The drinks were awesome, but the liquor selection is very limited. The vibe is very college town UT like, but it is a very neat little place. I would personally avoid the busy weekend nights as you need to also wait for the elevator inside Bulla to take you to the top and that is pretty slow. They do have a little bit of a honey bee problem as they are everywhere. They don't bother anyone, but they do fly around a lot around the bar. Overall, it's a great vibe, cool place with awesome drinks, but my review is the reality of what to expect., Cozy and intimate roof top lounge with excellent tapas selection. We had the brisket bites and flatbread which were delicious. The drinks were excellent as well. It's a great place to just hang out with friends and enjoy the awesome view of downtown Tampa and the skylines. Tables are first come first serve so if you have a large party, I suggest coming a hit early., This is the rooftop lounge at the Bulla Gastrobar. Food and drink and atmosphere and view - all great. One of the best mojitos I've had. Also had the white sangria which was equally tasty. Tuna tartar was super fresh and flavorful. Had a few other small bites that were all also both good and quite creative. Slightly pricy for the portion sizes, but worth it. One of my favorite spots in town., Luna Lounge is a fun atmosphere and great rooftop bar to watch the sunset. I tried the salmon flatbread and it was seriously delicious! I recommend this for a light dinner, drinks with friends, or a date night spot!, I absolutely love this rooftop bar. When you go inside Bulla, find the elevators and go to the last floor. It is so beautiful and the view is great. The staff is great. You can order some tapas as well, they come from the Bulla's kitchen, so it might take a bit for them to arrive. BUT the drinks are so good that you won't notice the wait. It has been a year since we moved from NY, and we have been looking for a local bar to hangout and be our go-to. We finally found it! Will come back!!
