I had a nice time at the Green Parrot this past weekend. It was definitely one of my favorite bars I visited during my time in Key West. I was very impressed with the live music they had. Most bars will have a singer or guitarist but this was a full on five piece band that played great together. There was trumpets, trombones, and guitars all at once it was amazing! They played when the saints come marching in while making their way around the entire bar and outside the bar. The drinks are good as well. I recommend taking advantage of the free popcorn machine they have towards the back of the bar! What a great idea!, Did not have food,just stopped into this iconic Key West bar for some drinks and to play a game of darts with my wife. Had a wonderful time at this classic dive bar. Will be sure to return on my next trip. And remember " no sniveling"!, The Green Parrot Bar is the heart of Key West. With its great mix of live music, staff, and drink selection a lot of locals and visitors alike come together. The atmosphere is unmatched, capturing the laid-back essence of Key West, making every visitor feel like a local. Whether you're looking for music, drinks, or the pure vibe, The Green Parrot is a must visit A must-visit in Key west., Favorite bar off of the busy Duval St bar area. Plenty busy before 11am but not super loud, especially with one attentive bartender on deck. Need to try their Bloody Mary next visit., The vibe was right at Green Parrot. The live music was on point and it really felt like this was the spot that kicked off the energy we needed for the night. Everytime I thought I was going to have to wait for a beer someone took care of me right away. A must stop place for the history and atmosphere.
