This was such a fun experience. The dj was exactly what we hoped for. It was a wide variety of people there. Clothing optional was a fun experience for many. Only complaint was no fans on the top floor there was no breeze and it got super hot at some points with no air flow., The vibe and the DJ were 🔥 but security was terrible. Had someone steal my shirt and they gave zero fucx. Asked one of the security staff to look around for me or check the trash cans (you aren’t allowed to take your phone out of your pocket so I had no flashlight) etc. He looked at me and kinda laughed as said that “we don’t check trash cans. So a theft was committed right in front of security, but they refused to help?! That means it was one of their friends that they dapped up on the way in. There were a couple of opportunists, I’ll stop short of calling them predators, trying to push up on ladies on the dance floor. A couple of times I had to step in a little and make it clear that my wife and our friend were just dancing, having fun, and not interested. These two were friends with security and most likely grabbed my shirt, (which was right on the drink ledge in front of the DJ and security) as retaliation. Whatever, it’s just a shirt, but security clearly doesn’t value the customers. The funny part is that I’m the security manager at a Baltimore nightclub. This definitely isn’t the way to protect and lookout for your customers. Especially the ones that aren’t even intoxicated or causing problems. If the Garden needs me to retrain their staff, I’d be happy to so please feel free to reach out. I’m sure your business is suffering because of them, but you probably aren’t even aware just how much. Crappy ending to an otherwise great night (can’t go into any other clubs without a shirt) so that was that., Horrible experience upon arrival staff informed us it’s CASH ONLY, weird such a big place cash only? Whatever our group goes in using cash, my wife went to the guy bartender with dreads and told him she’s low on cash and wants a cheaper drink, this dude had the nerve to tell my lady if you don’t have a tip for me I’m not making you any drink, skipped making my ladies drink. So when she told me about the experience I asked for a manager went to the 2nd floor asked the older guy bartender for a manager and it got better he said if I have a complaint I can leave, he then walks over to this OLDER MAN that looked homeless claimed to be the manager and next thing you know he said get out! I really shouldve been refunded for our entry fee!!! All in all they are a cash only business and every employee has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Never again will I be there !!!, Beautiful rooftop bar with great DJs. Clothing-optional, but just made it more fun with an open-minded crowd., People can have some safe freedom. I noticed the place has cameras, but I am not entirely comfortable with them." I wonder if they use the cameras wisely."
