One of my friends didn’t love the alcohol beverage she ordered. Did not even drink it: asked the server if they could get us something else instead. They said no, because that specific drink was $15, and no refunds. Even though the drink was full on the table and we were willing to spend a lot of money for alcohol on a fun night out. Went to another bar across the street, Boondocks, as service and customer satisfaction was a top priority., Ever since this place got bought out by the NJ Jimbo that's buying up the lower Keys this place has suffered. Now a bunch of dude bartenders that have terrible customer service w no personality. Use to be a great local spot. What a shame., Best bartender I’ve ever had! Upbeat and personal! Couldn’t have asked for better service! : ), Terrible service, the barter didn’t like people that aren’t American. We do not recommend this bar., So glad we stopped here, best tiki bar I’ve been to on any of the keys, friendly staff, great atmosphere
