The service is great there. The bar staff are very nice and attentive. Great craft beer selection. The pretzel was one of the best I've ever had. They have live music several times a week. Good acts and they don't blow you out with the volume of their music. Added bonus, great place to view the sunset!, After dinner, we stopped by for some drinks and to watch the sunset. We did not eat any food at Barnacle Barney's. We did enjoy a drink or two from their bar and we watched the sunset. They shoot a miniature cannon at sunset and it was entertaining. A Barnacle Barney's Sunset Tradition A beautiful spot to take in some waterfront views and enjoy the sunset. Some fishing and snorkeling charters leave from the docks nearby. A casual place to dine and drink by the water., You cannot beat the service food or view from this tiki bar. My husband and I ended up going here almost every single meal of our very short trip to Marathon because the food was just delicious and it was very convenient because we were staying in the hotel in front of it, but one time we ventured out, we were slightly disappointed that we decided to go somewhere else because the food would’ve been better if we just stayed at Barnacle Barney’s very recently for the type of food that is all you can eat fish fry on Friday was superb. Breakfast was amazing and all the other delicious things that we had we raved about after we ate there one of my favorite things that I had there was the Keylime sauce with the fish. It was so delicious. I would’ve bottled it up and taken it home with me if I could’ve. I also tried the Keylime pie and the lava dessert. This Keylime pie was the best we had and we tried several on the island because I love Keylime pie. Mary Joe the owner was super sweet and all of her servers were nice and kind and loved talking to you if you wanted to talk it was great. They do shots and a canon every night at Sunset so that’s a fun experience that you can see a canon shot off into a beautiful sunset view right off of the balcony., Fun place on the water! Part of the resort and therefore harder to find, but worth it! Happy hour is great with $ off drinks and specials on a bunch of appetizers! Canon goes off at sunset with a shot passed around. Had a good singer/guitar player that stayed at 6:30., Really good food with a great atmosphere and sunset view. Always enjoy coming here. Lisa at the bar is great too!
