The ambiance is nice here. The service is slow, and they take your card upon ordering - that was different. They charge 18% gratuity, but the service isn't even worth 18%. You're able to adjust the amount. That's different and good. The items are on the expensive side. Ordered crab dip- okay and tequila sunrise - small for the price but okay taste. Live music was nice as well., Thought this was a bar/lounge which was chill but as we entered we noticed it was a club full of loud music & dancing everywhere. We were looking to relax for the night. Ended up having to use my earplugs because the music was way too loud and not to my liking, it was mostly spanish music which I don't know or understand. (you cannot talk to the other person beside you). I actually felt like I was in a club in the game Second life. Our waitress was very friendly. We asked for hookah to smoke and they said there wasn't anymore (although we saw the hookah guy fixing up some to go, I guess VIP get the most of them or maybe they wanted to get rid of us because they didn't like us??...) and I noticed the waiter kept trying to take our drinks away while they were half full??? That was super weird! Happened 2 different times with different drinks? I would do a double take of the glass and it was half full so what in the world was that about??? I'd have to signal NO over and over because he seemed insistant on removing it!?? But I must say we ordered the artichoke dip and it was AMAZING and all their alcoholic drinks were great. But we will not be coming here again because of the noise & lack of places to sit except if you wana throw your money their way for vip etc., Cocktails were terrible.
