A good spot to be if you're looking for a place to be during a high night or holiday. Busier later in the night compared to evenings and the vibe is immaculate if they're playing your kind of music., Came here with my teens for a concert. Was reluctant considering the reviews. But after a phone call to the venue prior too and after the show I would totally recommend for 12+ concerts when appropriate. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, great air flow (I was in the back in a side booth, with other moms). My teens were right up in front of the stage and water was continually passed out to keep them hydrated. Would return, but I’d bring ear plugs next time (super loud), I went after a long time this past Sunday and gave the lady at the entrance $40, the entrance was $25 and she gave me back $13 I told her and she said it was $27, I asked for a receipt but refused to give me one and proceed to show a total $26.63 in the screen, I said ok because I wasn't going to cause an issue over $2 but I hope they were worth the bad rep she gave to the venue. On the other hand, my drinks were good, no complaints on that part, which is the reason I'm not giving a one-star review, Great place to see a show in Orlando. Nice people working there. Just hope they get their act together on purchasing tickets on site., Came here for a radio station event. Overall the experience was good and the show was awesome but what I don't understand is why you have to pay 4 dollars for a small cup of soda, not even beer, it's a soda and they put it in a extremely small cup that is gone in a couple sips like are you serious?? They do have however a decent size bucket that you can purchase alcoholic drinks, I mean this bucket is huge! Are they trying to get you drunk? I didn't drink, as I said I drank soda but friends of mine were drinking and that bucket definitely got them hammered I'm not even kidding. So I say beware. And be safe!
