I heard about this place from a friend and wanted to check it out because I needed a place to plan a surprise party for someone in my family. We have friends coming in from Monaco and other areas and I wanted to find a really nice place. It just so happened that I have an uncle coming to town this weekend who loves cigars so I thought it would be a good excuse for me to go in there and check everything out. My husband and I went in there yesterday and our first impression was very good. The place looked very nice and exactly what I was looking for. The bartenders seemed very sweet and the humidor was very impressive. What turned everything around was the person that was working inside the humidor. When we came inside, he did not even say hello. He actually turned his back to us. We asked a couple questions about the cigars and he made us feel like he was being bothered. When I told him we wanted to buy a box of cigars and a gift card for my uncle he replied with, “I would just get him one cigar and say f… it, and tell him he can come pick out his own.” We were shocked but kind of laughed it off and ended up only buying one cigar because we wanted to leave. There were a couple more questions that we asked him and he did not even have the courtesy to answer us, just shrugged his shoulders. Unfortunately, we will not be going back or planning a private party there. Very sad for the owner. The place looked very nice but we would be very embarrassed to have our friends and family being treated like that., This place is the epitome of cool. Actually got to meet Rocky and smoke one of the best cigars with him. Big fan of the White Label. Thank you Mr. Patel for being so gracious and kind., Beware. We were ushered into the establishment after the bouncer and hostess reviewed our attire/ID’s. We were waiting near the bar for a table that the manager was prepping. While waiting, my stepson was accosted by another manager/security personnel. I did not get his name, but he was short, bald, and dark skinned. He told my stepson to remove his hat. My stepson asked why and referenced other patrons wearing hats. He then told him to empty the contents of his cross body bag. My stepson was astounded, asked why, and the man responded to him “this is my house, you’re not going to tell me, I tell you!” Such a disrespectful disappointment. We reviewed a good bit about this bar and the owner, Rocky, prior to coming and were truly excited to shop and experience. This employee who accosted my stepson is a liability and misrepresented what this bar markets itself as. I would recommend training your staff to approach issues with more dignity, respect, and consistency. Additionally, this could have been addressed and avoided entirely when we were allowed into the bar by the hostess and bouncer., My husband and I enjoy going there for some drinks and a smoke, but it is very difficult to enjoy because all sitting areas except outside in the heat are reserved so you end up leaving. It's very uncomfortable to smoke and drink standing up in the walkways., There are literally over 100 better places to get a drink in Naples. Bouncer was so gross and rude to us both, girlfriend and I didn’t even make to the bar before deciding to leave. Please don’t spend money here, not a place for out of towner’s.
