First time here and, after a long flight back home, this place was so rewarding and entertaining! The food was amazing but my family agreed that the spicy Thai ribs were the best. We highly recommend it! Our server Marla was friendly and provided an excellent service! We will definitely come back here soon! “In rib heaven” 🙌🏻, I dropped in for lunch here at the Costland Mall, It's my first time here. I've been to the one in Ft. Myers and I think a little smaller. But the decor and layout were great. 😊 The front hostesses stand ladies were very welcoming and friendly. 💁‍♀️ I was taken to my booth and shortly greeted by Haylee. She was awesome, very helpful, and just a great waitress 🌟 I chose the billionaire bacon Burger, which came with their seasoned fries. 🍔🍟 My overall experience was positive , I'll be back if I'm in Naples.1 👍 #CostlandMall #GreatService #YummyFood, Raw chicken, no managers, long wait times. Went in with a group of 12. After waiting 30 minutes They couldn’t accommodate the group size and get us all at one table so we were split up. The server, Tish? Was actually really nice and has a lot of potential, you could just tell that she needed a bit more training on the POS system and mostly support from management. We arrived at around 8:45 finally sat at 9:15 and didn’t receive our food until 10:30. When we did get our food I notice my buddys chicken sandwich that he had been eating was raw. Then another person at the table that had ordered the same sandwich noticed hers was also raw. There wasn’t one manager on the floor that we could speak to so we had to find Tisha who was already very overwhelmed and under a ton of pressure as the kitchen wasn’t getting food out. Finally around 10:50 they did get the meals replaced. None of the food runners knew where the food was going and one even expressed her frustration with someone at the table when we told her the food she was holding wasn’t ours. The other table had been missing food as well which they did resolve. We all ate pretty quickly as none of planned on this being a three + hour ordeal. That’s when the next wait came. We could see Tisha struggling at the pos. I’m not sure really what happened but we all had to wait around 30 -45 minutes to get our cards back and leave. Management needs to step their game up and get the staff the proper support and training they need. It seems like this place was in such a rush to get the doors open they totally neglected their staffs needs., Yikes. Seated quickly as it’s slow. Been sitting for 10 minutes watching the server walk past 6 times. No menu, no drinks. Let’s see if it gets any better. Another 10 and still no action, the server didn’t know what a 7 & 7 is… so she went to ask 30 min. Worst service in Naples. Don’t waist your time. Too bad I can’t give no stars., Had a great time at this new location. Stopped by after work for a couple drinks and food. The atmosphere is very chill and the bartender Carol was amazing. Very personable and helpful and made me feel taken care of and not just like another guest. Brooke and Darian were also there for anything I needed so I appreciated that. I definitely look forward to more visits.
