DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! It’s not an actual scam but pretty close, they have mostly old beat up skis and you have to take a boat ride from a marina to some old sketchy pontoon floating in the bay and then they tell you that you can only drive them like five minute circle around the pontoon boat you’re forced to stay on until the boat comes back to take you to the marina, I immediately asked to ride the only nice and fast ski they had and the guy on the boat just gave it to the guy who spoke Spanish instead of me and lied and said they asked first when they certainly didn’t, Amazing experience, the crew made sure that we were safe but also give us the freedom to have fun. They accommodated us even though we call for the service the same day. We will definitely do it again!, Jet skiing was amazing! View was beautiful and Vladimir was timely, professional, and a blast! Definitely would recommend., Very bad and confusing experience. Customer service was bad. A lot of miscommunication between the workers about our payment caused us to wait a long time after the reservation time we originally had. To be honest, the jetskis themselves were great. But then they also made us feel like we are prisoners with bad attitude after not communicating well the borders of where we can stay. And also got us off the jetskis sooner than 1 hour like we were promised and paid for. Not recommend., Dangerous jetski. Riding a two-person in the back with my son driving and we spilled. That's when I learned that the fiberglass siding in the rear had been completely warped and cracked by the sun / water and transformed into a bed of knives. I sliced my finger, hand, and side, but it could have been much worse. The guy in charge didn't seem to understand or care very much, he was too busy talking on the phone to a new customer. Think he might have been about 20 y.o. Also, poor communication throughout.
