From the moment of booking to the actual rental, the communication was quick, and all the necessary information was provided to us before our arrival, which was really helpful. They even helped us find a parking spot within walking distance to the marina. A+ service! If you’re curious to learn more, here’s a more detailed account: Upon arrival at the marina, we met with Darwin, who was very kind and welcoming to us. We embarked on a boat, and he drove us to the riding zone. When the time to ride the jet skis arrived, he explained everything we needed to know about how the jet skis worked, and 2 minutes later, we were on the jet skis in the water! The jet skis are very nice and in good condition. We felt truly free on the water, and the riding zone is spacious, so we could explore the bay without feeling restricted. What we particularly liked is the freedom he gave us while on the jet skis. He, of course, explained the basics of safety, but we didn’t feel as if we were limited compared to other rental companies, and the jet skis are not speed-restricted. Once we were on the water, the feeling was incredible! I honestly 100% recommend this company if you’re looking to rent a jet ski in Miami. There are so many companies to choose from, and it can be very overwhelming, but the experience we had with them is top-notch, and they should be your number 1 choice. You’ll get way more than you pay for; you won’t be disappointed, trust me!, The owners were very nice & helpful. They explained everything very simply & made it easier to understand. My husband & I are pleased we went through this company as they made sure we were comfortable. (Was our first time). They also stayed close & was close for any emergency. The jet skis are very good and fun. We got to ride in the open water and got the most for our money. The team is very friendly and you feel safe. Rent here, you’ll have a great time., The captain was very professional and cool , down to earth guy! He showed up on time and helped us find parking . We hung out in the boat while the guys rode the jetski’s . He got them on the water quick with directions provided and safety vest on. They rode for 1 hr while we listened to music and enjoyed the sun and cruised in the boat! We were very please with our choice in this rental company !, Loved the experience! We did a 2hr guided tour for a group of 6. Valentina provided a 5-star customer service whilst Josh was the best tour guide ever! I loved the fact that with the tour we got the freedom to choose where we wanted to go and even stopped at the sandbar. We had so much fun and will definitely be back!
