My experience with Miami Water Sports was nothing short of amazing, thanks to Alex and Pierre! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly and professional. Alex guided us through the safety instructions with clear expertise, making us feel completely at ease. Pierre's enthusiasm and knowledge about the different activities available were contagious, and he helped us choose the perfect water sport for our group. The equipment was top-notch, and their attention to detail ensured we had a safe and enjoyable time on the water. I can't recommend Miami Water Sports and these two enough – they made our day unforgettable!, One of nice experiences. I definitely encourage you to do it. I took the Parasail with Capital Tom was super funny, friendly and enjoyable. I payed for the video please do it to keep the memory for the whole experience., Marco and Pierre made my boyfriend and I experience FANTASTIC. I was a little hesitant about parasailing because I never did it before but I’m so glad that I did. It’s an adventure I’ll never forget! I would recommend this company 1000% especially if it’s your first time like it was mine! ❤️❤️❤️, The staff was not honest about the reservation. I booked with a 4pm start time. We were called by the company and was asked to be there at 3:30 for our 4pm appointment. we were there at 3:40pm to which I called before hand to make sure we wouldn't miss the appointment and was told "no your good for 4pm no problem". Was that the lie of the century. We arrived and checked in no problem. However, when we checked in they started saying we are waiting for the boat to return and it will be about 20 minutes. Mind you we (a group of 5) are standing there and 2 hours passed with no update. It's in the 90's and all they have are standing shade cover areas with no seating. After the 2 hours and us checking on this every half hour we are told it will be 30 more minutes. Finally, at 6:30pm we were able to go out. We missed our dinner reservations and had to search the area for food as we haven't eaten for hours at this point. The ONLY REASON I gave them any stars is because the captains of the boat were fun and made the experience very entertaining! On and honorable mention they did give us free waters after we requested it from standing in the sun for so long., Excellent experience first time parasailing for my husband and two teen boys with Pierre and Alex! Highly recommend this group. Thank you!
