Overall AMAZING experience. I was kind of nervous heading here cause they are so many scam companies. However, this is NOT A SCAM. Our tour guide was Eddie and he made it extremely special for us. Ask for him, he has such a great personality overall cool guy😎. He was texting us the whole way there and helping us with all our questions. This spot is in pier 5 behind Victoria Secret. Make sure to get your boating license and come early! A thunderstorm sadly hit us but Eddie kept us updated on everything. Safety was his #1 priority and we appreciated that. We rescheduled for the next day and had a blast. Not to mention he came on his day off, we appreciate it! Great tour guide, patient and calm. It was my first time getting on a Jetski, however I felt safe the whole time. 10/10 would recommend, coming back next year!, We had so much fun he took us to see fisher island we was able to take pics and jump off the jetski for a swim. he taught us very well how to drive it. Will be coming back, HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take the jet ski guide and tour. Whether you’re a resident or a traveler. The customer service and accommodation was amazing! They’re so nice and cool. Your protection and safety was number 1! You get to really let loose at certain points and for a good duration. Alex was F-ing AMAZING! I will ALWAYS do their jet ski rental when I’m in Miami. Ty! I loved it!, Alex was an amazing jet ski guide. It was our first time riding, he answered all our questions and made us feel super comfortable. Make sure you show up at least 30 minutes early, if not more to complete paper work, test and watch the video. This was an awesome company who we would book with again. There are definitely some sketch companies out there, but not this one, they were honest and showed us a great time! I definitely encourage you to book with them. Thank you again Alex!
