Great experience! Took a banana boat ride from the Loews hotel with my family. The staff on the beach answered all of our questions as there was a bit of apprehension in my group beforehand. It is well run and a lot of fun. Highly recommend., Took the whole family on the banana boat ride! Andrew was amazing, Tiffany was so helpful at the desk and Julio was also very helpful and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend going!, Andrew Jr is the best, cute and a lovely sports instructor and water activity partner… he made our banana ride too much fun & saved our lives too ( he made us dropped in the sea from the ride on our suggestion) He made my Miami trip memorable 💜, Erick was awesome… he was courteous and made sure we were safe . We were nervous, but his guidance was a blessing!, Fernando is a great instructor, patty and Megan super nice at the desk. Great experience and full time on ride
