This was the best jet ski services we could have gotten. It was my first time and my dad and I had a great time! The guys were very friendly and personable. Great professional service at a great price! The jetskis were really great quality with great speed and we had an awesome time! Definitely worth the money! I’m not one to leave unfavorable reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. To begin, I did enjoy myself; it was a nice time on the water. The customer service over the phone was good and the staff at the boat launch were friendly. The reason for my rating is due to the fact that I did not comb through their entire website. In addition to the fees added to the rental, their is an additional 15% gratuity for your "guide". We were given instructions, but we did not have a guide. ** In response to the owner's reply, I appreciate the desire for transparency. In regards to the notion that I arrived 15 minutes late; that is a complete lie. We arrived 20 minutes early and called as soon as we did. We were told to wait where we were for another group to finish and then we would be called over for the instructions. The group before us finished late which in turn cut into our time. My credit card was charged $515(more than your website says) for the security deposit at 1:38 PM. We got stopped at 2:20 and were off the water immediately after that. Lying isn't cool.. **** I love how you gloss over the fact that I have the receipts which prove that we weren't late. How could I pay for something in person if I'm not even there because I'm 25 minutes late? I'm not sure how I could have been rude to anyone for the entire time because I only had two interactions with the instructors with about 40 minutes between them. If questioning why I'm getting called off early is rude then I'm sorry. My expectation as a patron of any service is to receive what I pay for. Continuing to lie is especially not cool.. Also, no one is spamming you bud. We were both patrons of your subpar service., We stumbled upon this number and after a booking misunderstanding with another company- Pablo came through. Professional, courteous and accommodating. He and Blake are a great team and run a tight ship. Clean, fast jet-skis and easy process to rent. Thanks for a great experience. Will definitely use again for next time I’m in town., Cannot say enough good things about this crew!! The communication and professionalism was off the chart, and all of the jet skis were top notch and ran great. My sons and I had an absolute blast and will definitely be back again.
