I highly appreciate this crew! Every dock member I come across consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and approachability. It is truly a pleasure collaborating with these individuals, namely Steve, Jonathan, Mike, Louis, Sebastian, and Trent. They go above and beyond to assist me during the onboarding process and even lend a hand in transporting my belongings to my vehicle, given the absence of carts at this location, unfortunately. Furthermore, they take the initiative to spray down my fishing rods. I am thoroughly content with my membership and commend the efficient operation of this company and this dock in particular., This is the best boat club ever!!!! I've been a member of other boat clubs before, and I have to say I am absolutely pleased with my choice to join JetRide, and the experiences I've had since the start (2 months ago). First off - the staff are amazing! They are super friendly and helpful - every time! Mykal - thank you for today! Thank you to ALL the staff at JetRide - you truly make every outing pleasurable. That's not all - I'm so impressed that JetRide offers a wide variety of water vessels to choose from - including wave runners!.. super fun! All vessels are VERY well maintained, clean, NEW, and ready the minute you arrive. The booking process is easy (online and fast), and the best part is you can use your membership at any of their locations - which I have done. I'm not being paid for this review, but I do like to give a review when I receive excellent service. Thank you JetRide!, We have had multiple rentals and only one time have we had a boat without an issue. This morning we got a text an hour before boat pick up that the Bimini was inoperable. We got here and he said it’s been broken for a week. We rented this boat months ago. No other boats are available of course because it’s a holiday. This is something that could have been fixed but was not. The crew that works here is the only good thing about this boat club., Fantastic experience every time we go! The deck hands are amazing and make sure you’ve got everything for a great day! Shemar is always great to deal with as well!!, Luis was the absolute best! He really took care of us. The boat came extremely clean and the water was beautiful. Booked a last min reservation and it was an amazing experience. 10/10
