I went parasailing with my mom, sister and my son. It was my son’s first time. Jesse and Zack were awesome. They made all of us feel extremely comfortable especially my son. It was such a great experience and we had an amazing time. Thank you guys so much!!!, First time parasailing for me and my son and it was a phenomenal experience!!! Much due to Zack and Brandon making the trip fun, safe, and comfortable for our group. They were very friendly, clear on instructions, and took plenty of great photos! We opted for the photo package and it’s 100% worth the extra cost. Thank you so much to Pier 60 parasailing, Zack & Brandon for the amazing service & experience!!, Captain John and Zack were great. We had two young kids (7 & 8) and they were patient and kind with the kids and made the whole experience awesome. We had a great time, highly recommended 👌, We purchased parasailing with pictures (definitely purchase the pictures!). The day we were to go the wind was so strong, we had 2 options: refund or reschedule. We rescheduled for the next morning. Not only were they accommodating with us and the weather, they were friendly with great customer service! The captains made sure we were comfortable, explained everything, asked if we had questions, and answered all questions asked. They interacted with us and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, we had a blast!! 🪂, Captain Wade was great!! Definitely recommend him as your jet ski driver. We had an amazing time on the banana boat.
