Such an incredible experience! Linda & Larry go above and beyond for sure. They greeted us upon arrival. We were seemingly unprepared for a whole day out, and they offered us ice cold waters and even lent my husband a hat. They provided great directions (and photos) of landmarks to keep an eye out for. Larry helped adjust my feet rests after settling in. Upon return, they even offered us a place to change (hubby fell in 🤣). The river and accompanying wildlife itself is stunning. It's a relatively easy paddle up and back, calm river. We went during a weekday and didn't see much other water traffic. Price is unbeatable and the kayaks are in great shape. Hired two kayak's and went out for a few hour and saw lots of animals. Alligators, manatees, turtles and beautiful birds. Very nice couple and not expensive., Great place to rent a kayak. We paddled all the way up to the dam - took all day, but well worth it. Saw manatees and dolphins! Remember to take sunscreen., Great couple run the place. Easy In Easy out. Most accommodating to the enjoyment of your time on the river. Linda knows the river real well.
