Me and my husband love to ride jets skis when we go on beach vacations, but we have never did one with a guide, and this experience was super fun. We booked the hour 1/2 guided tour and we had a blast. We were able to see the dolphins swim right by us, and the guide takes you a good ways out. Our guide was Dan and he was super friendly and full of conversation. This is a must if you are in Clearwater, and hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Dan as your guide., I had a great experience with Beach Jet Ski! The customer service from both Alexandra and Tristan were exceptional. They were professional, patient and kind to all of the guests. We had a little bit of weather trouble during our time, and they made all the accommodations needed to ensure that we received the full value of our reservation. Not only were the jet skis in excellent condition, but the service provided by the staff elevated the entire adventure. Firstly, Joey, our guide, was incredibly nice and laid-back. He made sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire ride, all while sharing interesting tidbits about the area. His easygoing nature added to the enjoyment of the excursion. Moreover, the guy working the booth (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name) was equally fantastic. He was extremely chill, patient, and pleasant, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly despite being the end of the day and the last rental. Overall, Beach Jet Ski rentals exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and hassle-free jet ski experience. Dan was informative, let us go on our own and then took us around the area to see the amazing sites. Best of all we saw so many dolphins that came right up to my jet ski!!! Would highly recommend!, It was such an amazing experience! I was TERRIFIED and couldn't keep up with with the group and Tyler stayed around and helped me get hang of it. The staff there is AMAZING. Joey, Tyler, and I believe her name was Erica I believe. She told me I can call her nanny bake off ❤️❤️ They are super helpful and sweet! And if anyone is looking to have an ENJOYABLE time rather they are scared or not I HIGHLY recommend you choose them 🔥🔥 they ROCK Thank you beach jet skis for unlocking a core memory for me and my sister.
